We have had team members here since the building opened in 1998. Our long-term, dedicated, compassionate team members put residents first, foremost and always. Fairmont Senior Living of Northville has a long standing relationship with the community, and we ensure that our staff to resident ratio is low to ensure that your loved one has a high standard of care at all times.
Our rates include 24-hour care services for assisted living and memory care residents, as well as housing, meal costs, medicine distribution and full access to the amenities on our grounds.
We strive to be as transparent with our rates as possible at all times. Before transitioning to our home, you will be given a clear indication of the rates. Our rates may be subject to change over time, with due notice given.
We are a private pay community, and we will work with LTC policies. We offer services that will bill insurance for things such as doctors and dentists. We accept a range of insurance plans, but it is important that you check with your coverage to understand the specific costs associated with care.
