He built his professional foundation in the hospitality industry with two of the most demanding names in the business: Marriott International and Ritz-Carlton. Those years shaped a standard for service that Steven carries with him today: attentive, personal, and centered on the experience of the people in the building.
The shift came through a family member’s health journey. What started as a personal experience navigating care decisions became a calling. In 1999, Steven joined Marriott’s Brighton Gardens of Northville and found exactly what he had been looking for: a place where hospitality and human care belong in the same room.

Over the years, Steven has worked in every corner of the industry. His experience spans sales, executive management, referral provider relationship development, and consulting.
